today i sent $185.00 USD... I am trying to reactivate all previous services i had last month and it not working. What am i doing wrong?

I signed up and paid for the SC package 11 for 6 months. I selected the Teton/Denali feed. My broker at Edgeclear gave me the okay that everything was approved for my acct with you. They sent me instructions on how to setup my SC platform.

I followed the instruction selecting Teton and my FCM thru your Day/Trading services. Selected the exchanges CME and NYMEX to trade. signed the agreements and paid enough thru my account to cover a few months of data fees.

But when I log onto my platform, I have no data.

I don't have any error messages, so I'm not sure what to do. Is there a waiting period to get approved?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please start a new thread the next time you have an issue. Your problem is completely unrelated to the original poster to this thread.

Everything on your account looks good, so we do not see any reason for you to be having a problem. At the moment, it is after 16:00 Central US time, so the CME Group is closed for the weekend.

When you start again (on Sunday night or Monday morning), if you still have an issue then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" and see if that resolves the issue.

If you continue to have a problem after that, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
