I signed up and paid for the SC package 11 for 6 months. I selected the Teton/Denali feed. My broker at Edgeclear gave me the okay that everything was approved for my acct with you. They sent me instructions on how to setup my SC platform. I followed the instruction selecting Teton and my FCM thru your Day/Trading services. Selected the exchanges CME and NYMEX to trade. signed the agreements and paid enough thru my account to cover a few months of data fees. But when I log onto my platform, I have no data. I don't have any error messages, so I'm not sure what to do. Is there a waiting period to get approved? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |
