Hi, I am currently subscribed to Package 11 and I want to switch to the Integrated Standard Sierra Chart (Service Package 10). The price for this package is $36 per month. The package comes with the Volume Profile Interactive Drawing Tool. However, when I tried to downgrade to this package, I encountered an error stating that this feature is not included in my current package. Package 10 (Integrated Standard) does NOT include the "Volume Profile Interactive Drawing Tool". You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages to have access to this feature. The documentation for the packages (found at the following link) does not list this feature as part of the Standard packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages If you can point us to the documentation you found that did have this, then we would like to know where it is so we can change it.
