Hi, I am currently subscribed to Package 11 and I want to switch to the Integrated Standard Sierra Chart (Service Package 10). The price for this package is $36 per month. The package comes with the Volume Profile Interactive Drawing Tool. However, when I tried to downgrade to this package, I encountered an error stating that this feature is not included in my current package.
