Package 10 (Integrated Standard) does NOT include the "Volume Profile Interactive Drawing Tool". You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages to have access to this feature. The documentation for the packages (found at the following link) does not list this feature as part of the Standard packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages If you can point us to the documentation you found that did have this, then we would like to know where it is so we can change it.
