Data issue (CQG/Denali) - not Rithmic

I'm having a lot of issues with data today. I have two installs - CQG/Denali and Rithmic. I closed everything down (rebooted), turned off the firewall and opened just the first install - CQG/Denali. However, the data just won't run and when it does it stops and the delayed timer just runs up. I then just opened the Rithmic install - and that runs without data delays although the "downloading data box does flash up from time to time. The firewall is back on as I don't think that was the issue. On another thread, John laid out some instructions that involved closing the Chartbook and just opening one chart to get a more concise message log. When I followed these instructions, the chart ( a 5min ES chart with no studies) ran fine with no delay. But when I opened the chartbook I want to work with, the delay started. So, Then problem seems to be when I open my chartbook in the CQG/Denali install - just the main instance - no subs. What can I send you to help me diagnose this issue - a concise message log with just a simple 5min chart? a message log of my troublesome chartbook? my chartbook? ***EDIT*** - I am on the latest version of SC 2555 When I open he troublesome chartbook while the Rithmic install is running, it eventually slows/delays the data in the Rithmic install I have also done a delete and download. We need to see the Message Log from the one of the installations when you are having a problem. Follow the instructions at the following link to get us the log: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) Are you running these two installations on the same computer or on different computers? On the installation connected to Rithmic, are you setup to get the data from us (Denali) or from Rithmic? You can verify this by checking the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" - if this is set to "Yes", then you are getting the data from us, otherwise you would be getting the data from Rithmic. So, while i wait for a solution I just have my charts open. Every now and again the "Downloading Historical Data" sign pops up then the delayed timer resets to zero - any pullbacks just start from the reset so need to reload them. But then, when you think you might be ready to get into the market, the delayed timer starts to run up again. |

So for about 30 mins I had on time data but then it just reverted back to delayed. There seems to be a few folk having this issue this week and I think it could be a SC side issue. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

@dvant krypto, I loaded my prop firms NinjaTrader and that uses Rithmic, working fine.. when there are technical issues with your platform, data and order routing its best to just not trade. Nobody will compensate you for an error so just enjoy your day if you don't have another platform.

Regarding this: When I open he troublesome chartbook while the Rithmic install is running, it eventually slows/delays the data in the Rithmic install I have also done a delete and download. High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often Regarding delayed data of less than a minute or issues with connecting to the data feeds, these are going to be Internet connectivity issues based upon how data is routed in your case.
