We need to see the Message Log from the one of the installations when you are having a problem. Follow the instructions at the following link to get us the log: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) Are you running these two installations on the same computer or on different computers? On the installation connected to Rithmic, are you setup to get the data from us (Denali) or from Rithmic? You can verify this by checking the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" - if this is set to "Yes", then you are getting the data from us, otherwise you would be getting the data from Rithmic.
