I am receiving the message on my second instance when I exit - "You have open orders with your trading service. ..." There are entries in my Trade Orders Window on my Sim Trade account only. Selecting cancel all or cancel individually does not work when I am in the sim account or live account. In Trade Service Log I get this after attempt to cancel all from the non-sim account Order cancellation failed | Order update (Order cancel reject). Info: Simulated Trade Account (Sim1) cannot be used when Trade Simulation Mode is disabled. Internal Order ID: 6542. Service Order ID: 374... No Log message when I attempt to cancel all from sim account. |

If your second instance had the option for "Trade Simulation Mode On" checked when the orders were placed, then those orders are contained within that sub-instance since it is running its own Trade Simulation. Therefore you would need to close out/cancel the orders within that sub-instance and ensure that the option for "Trade Simulation Mode On" has the checkmark next to it. If your second instance had the option for "Trade Simulation Mode On" not checked when the orders were placed, then those orders went to the Main Instance for processing. If you were using a Simulation account (Sim1, Sim2, etc.) then the main instance would have to have been in Simulation Mode and would then process the orders as simulated orders in that instance. In this case, you need to ensure that the Main Instance is in Simulation Mode and that you close out/cancel any orders in that main instance and that the sub-instance is running when you do this so it can pick up the information.
