AMP Futures Live Trading Setup

Hello Support, I have tried several times via the AMP portal to connect to to Sierra Chart & Teton.
It is not working.
It asks for the Sierra account name & email address & Teton , that is it on their end.

Is there any thing on the Sierra side that needs to be done?

I should just be able to make a new instance and connect to it?
I have been running 2 instances.

On the second instance under Global Settings, Data Trade Service, it reads DTC Sub Instance.

Do I make another 3rd instance? For the AMP account?

If AMP has properly setup your account, then follow the instructions at the following link, starting at step #6, to update your "Main Instance" of Sierra Chart:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions

Make sure you exit from any Sub-Instances you have running before doing the changes, then you can start the sub-instances again after you have the setup working in the Main instance.

At that time, all of your instances will be connected to your AMP account for trading, as long as they are not in simulation mode.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I did try and set this up with what you suggested.

There is no option for this as on the web page:
Set the Current Selected Service to SC CME Futures Order Routing / Teton CME Order Routing (new name) and select the A button to the right of the selection to accept that entry.

I do not have that choice in the drop down menu items.

This does not exist as stated: What version does this refer to?
SC CME Futures Order Routing / Teton CME Order Routing

I did try Teton CME order Routing [trading] and it did not work.

Hello John. I just spoke with AMP. They said something needs to be confirmed in my account settings on the Sierra side to resolve this, and it is Sierra technology that is not communicating with the AMP live trading setup.

Sierra is not validating the request on the AMP Live Trading Setup.

Sierra has not confirmed my account name to AMP.

AMP , said that something on the SIERRA end is blocking the confirmation of my account with Sierra with the new live trading Setup on AMP.

Make sure everything on your system is setup properly by going through the instructions at the following link starting at Step #7:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions

When setting the "Current Selected Service" in Step #8, select "Teton CME Order Routing".

After selecting the "A" button to the right of the entry above, when setting the "Clearing Firm" (Step #9), select "AMP".
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Thanks John, It looks like it connected to the AMP account.
A definite lack of clarity from the AMP pages....
