Hello John. I just spoke with AMP. They said something needs to be confirmed in my account settings on the Sierra side to resolve this, and it is Sierra technology that is not communicating with the AMP live trading setup. Sierra is not validating the request on the AMP Live Trading Setup. Sierra has not confirmed my account name to AMP. AMP , said that something on the SIERRA end is blocking the confirmation of my account with Sierra with the new live trading Setup on AMP. Thanks for any help |
