Hello Support, I have tried several times via the AMP portal to connect to to Sierra Chart & Teton.
It is not working.
It asks for the Sierra account name & email address & Teton , that is it on their end.

Is there any thing on the Sierra side that needs to be done?

I should just be able to make a new instance and connect to it?
I have been running 2 instances.

On the second instance under Global Settings, Data Trade Service, it reads DTC Sub Instance.

Do I make another 3rd instance? For the AMP account?
