Hi guys, can you point me in the right direction here please. I'm using Apex Chicago non aggregated server. i've got service package 11 and Denali exchange data which is connected. I can't connect to Data Feed and my chart books are blank. You should not be having any issues with the data for the charts with these symbols: XAUUSD US30 USOil EURUSD SPX500 However, you have charts for the following symbol, which is not a Rithmic symbol: ESU23-CME Make sure your Chartbook is open when you select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should change the ESU23-CME to ESU3.CME. Also, you are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The symbols above where you should be getting data without a problem are FOREX and CFD symbols, for which the data is included for free from us. Hi John, I've now got a live account with Stage 5 and i've paid for the Denali feed. How do i activate the data feed in sierra chart? it's asking for my Market Data username and password? |

If Stage5 has set you up to have the Teton Order Routing For your account, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to that account, starting at Step #6: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions Once you make that connection, then your "Verified Until" date should change to 30 days forward from today. You can view your "Verified Until" date on the Exchange Selection page for the CME Group, you can get to this page and section directly through the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once that is done, then you will be getting the real-time data. Change your setup back to connect to Rithmic for your Apex account and then you should be fine. Leave the "Market Data" fields blank when changing to Rithmic, as you do not need that data as you are getting it from us. I've got the live data feed. Simulation mode is OFF. I'm on the Rithmic server. I tried to place a trade, i didn't show up in Rithmic open positions, and got this on Sierra chart log: Requesting order status for non-responsive order. You can not trade SPX500 with APEX. That is a CFD symbol. They typically have you trading the CME Group, in which case the symbol you would need for the S&P 500 Index is ESU23.CME. But there is also the Micro S&P 500 (MES) so you need to verify what symbol and what exchange. You can always use the File >> Find Symbol window to find the correct symbol.
