You should not be having any issues with the data for the charts with these symbols:
XAUUSD
US30
USOil
EURUSD
SPX500

However, you have charts for the following symbol, which is not a Rithmic symbol:
ESU23-CME

Make sure your Chartbook is open when you select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should change the ESU23-CME to ESU3.CME.

Also, you are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The symbols above where you should be getting data without a problem are FOREX and CFD symbols, for which the data is included for free from us.

In order to get the real-time data from us for the CME Group you need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link:

Also, be aware that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more information:
