How do I suspend my subscription?

Hello, I made a subscription to package 12 for three months. I used two months and I have one month left unused. Currently I have to do other things, I won't be at the computer for two months. How do I suspend my subscription and resume my subscription after two months?

We do not have a method to "suspend" an account. Since you have more than 31 days remaining, we can refund 1 month of your Usage Time back to your Services Surplus. Since you had originally signed up for a 3 month pre-purchase, but did not fulfill the 3 month obligation, we determine the amount of used Usage Time at the monthly rate and then refund the remainder. This means that since you paid $151.20 for 3 months and used 2 months, we take $151.20 minus $112 (2x56) and get $39.20 as the amount to be refunded. This will then leave you with 6 days of remaining Usage Time. Let us know if you want us to go ahead and do this. Also, let us know if you want us to refund the balance of your Services Surplus back to your payment method. THIS METHOD IS SUITABLE FOR ME. I DON'T NEED TO RETURN THE MONEY TO THE CARD, I WILL USE THE BALANCE OF $ 39 TO PAY IN THREE MONTHS, WHEN I PLAN TO CONTINUE THE SUBSCRIPTION.

We have set your account to not renew, including the exchanges. We have also refunded the 1 month of Package 12 that you had remining. You still have 5 days of remaining Usage Time after which your account will be automatically set to an expired state. Once you are ready to come back, you need to select the package you want on the "Activate Services" page along with activating the exchanges you want. As long as you have not removed the Sierra Chart software from your computer, you can then open your chartbooks and you will be right back where you left off.
