Good night / morning there, I just did update to my SC (see below the post) and since this moment I get a black tiny window in the "Last" category. Everything in my Graphics settings is cool. From what we see, it looks like you are not using the Chart specific graphics settings. Do not change the items that are not enabled. Given the colors you are stating, you should be seeing a White number in that field with a black background. Try changing the color of the three backgrounds to something other than black, either a grey - or something wild like hot pink and then select OK. The idea is to see if you see the change to the background and then whether the text is displayed in black for some reason. I just see how it was before: The black window is coming up and going (as it was before) The background is sometimes pink/blue and then get back to black (as it was before) |

I do see, but its pumping: sometimes its pink/blue (as my settings) and sometimes I see black background and I dont see any number. Attached below. Thank you again dear John. |

Ok, we see the issue. The thing to keep in mind is that the pulsing you are seeing is normal. The color will be the Bid or Ask background color first, when a trade occurs, and then it changes to the "Trade DOM Background Color". In your case, the "Trade Dom Background Color" is "Black" and when this occurs the text still uses the Bid/Ask text color, which is also Black. The simplest solution is to change the "Trade DOM Background Color" to something other than black. Since you are not differentiating the Bid/Ask trades (you have them both set to a background of "White") then you should probably set this to white as well, which will leave the background to always be White with a Black text. Additionally, since you have the Ask and Bid background coloring the Trade DOM (i.e. above the last price is one color, below is a different color) then the "Trade DOM Background Color" is not used for anything other than the Last Size background as described above. For let you know, I was defining per window (MES, and then I duplicated it) So: Bid Color - Blue Ask color - Pink (In the MES window) So, Unfortunately the solution is not working (the last tiny windows keep my colors and black is coming up) I have to say one more thing: It was since the last update. Then you will have to choose some color for the "Trade DOM Background Color" that is not the same as the "Cumulative Last Size Text Bid/Ask Trade". If you do this, then you should be able to see the value when it changes the color.

I will explain again dear John: I can see the value, but sometimes its popping up. Like one time I see my backgrounds (Blue/Pink) sometimes its just black. The text doesnt change. |

Yes, we understand. The reason you are not able to see the text when it is black is because the text is also black. So it is black on black. If you want the text to remain black, then you would need to change the color of the "Trade DOM Background Color". The other option would be to change the colors of the "Cumulative Last Size Text Bid/Ask Trade" which changes the text color.
