Ok, we see the issue. The thing to keep in mind is that the pulsing you are seeing is normal. The color will be the Bid or Ask background color first, when a trade occurs, and then it changes to the "Trade DOM Background Color". In your case, the "Trade Dom Background Color" is "Black" and when this occurs the text still uses the Bid/Ask text color, which is also Black. The simplest solution is to change the "Trade DOM Background Color" to something other than black. Since you are not differentiating the Bid/Ask trades (you have them both set to a background of "White") then you should probably set this to white as well, which will leave the background to always be White with a Black text. Additionally, since you have the Ask and Bid background coloring the Trade DOM (i.e. above the last price is one color, below is a different color) then the "Trade DOM Background Color" is not used for anything other than the Last Size background as described above.
