thx. as I mentioned earlier, I have set everything that is possible. For my posterity: take alook at the attached files. without having an available chart, It already requires 3 gb of data although I use the denali and have also explicitly set for historical data. My opinion compared to linnsoft which is using DTN: The problem has to do with the denali data feed. i politely say goodbye and thank you for the great time. very sorry about everything. You are not using the Denali Data Feed!: I use the denali and have also explicitly set for historical data.
You are using the Rithmic data feed, and that is the reason for the problem. Never in the history of Sierra Chart have we ever imposed ridiculous limits like this. It is Rithmic and Interactive Brokers who do this. Not Sierra Chart! Do you want us to enable the Denali Data Feed for you now? We can do that immediately. ES and NQ (along with MES and MNQ) are available with the "CME E-Mini for Professionals" exchange. So yes, if you were to activate that exchange, then the data for those symbols (along with the others that are part of that exchange) would come from us and you would not have the issues you are having with the Rithmic data. You can activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that you have already filled out the Agreements, which have you listed as a Professional - so you just need to activate the exchange. The thing to keep in mind with regards to the CME Group data, is that in order to qualify as a "Non-Professional", you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect your Sierra Chart software to. Prop firm accounts do not count towards this. If you have another account that you can use for this purpose, then you can be classified as a "Non-Professional" for our purposes.
