ES and NQ (along with MES and MNQ) are available with the "CME E-Mini for Professionals" exchange. So yes, if you were to activate that exchange, then the data for those symbols (along with the others that are part of that exchange) would come from us and you would not have the issues you are having with the Rithmic data. And since it is a Professional exchange, you do not need to worry about connecting to a live trading account at least once a month - that is only for the non-professional options.
