You are not using the Denali Data Feed!: I use the denali and have also explicitly set for historical data.
You are using the Rithmic data feed, and that is the reason for the problem. Never in the history of Sierra Chart have we ever imposed ridiculous limits like this. It is Rithmic and Interactive Brokers who do this. Not Sierra Chart! Do you want us to enable the Denali Data Feed for you now? We can do that immediately.
