Can't seem to connect to CQG WebAPI [trading] AGAIN

Over the weekend I finally got into Sierra Charts and connected properly. However, this morning I again could not connect to CQG. The box at the top of my Sierra Charts screen is RED and says "Not Connected".

I went to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings and it says I am using the correct username and password.

Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

First: File Disconnect (Cntl F11) is greyed out.
Then I tried to Connect to Data Feed and got a White Box message saying "Cnnection error message from service: GQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect. | Date-Time: 2023-03-13 13:49:31

We do not know what your username or password should be. Refer to #5 here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Common Error Messages

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

Please CALL me at ** and help me out. I have followed all your instructions and still CANNOT GET TO CQG DATA. You say go to Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". BUt to do this you first need to access Sierra Charts application on desktop, which I no longer can do. I just keep getting that same message at login about username and password.
