Over the weekend I finally got into Sierra Charts and connected properly. However, this morning I again could not connect to CQG. The box at the top of my Sierra Charts screen is RED and says "Not Connected".

I went to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings and it says I am using the correct username and password.

Please help.
