Please CALL me at ** and help me out. I have followed all your instructions and still CANNOT GET TO CQG DATA. You say go to Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". BUt to do this you first need to access Sierra Charts application on desktop, which I no longer can do. I just keep getting that same message at login about username and password.
