Hello, the problem I have is that when changing from SIM to live account when trying to place an order it doesn't allow, the message states " cannot submit non-simulated order when in trade simulation mode" internal order ID: 5960 But I am not in SIM mode. thanks |

How are you trying to place the order? It sounds like you are using an automated study of some kind. If this is the case, then you need to ensure that the option for Send Orders to Trade Service is set to Yes. Hello, I am placing the order as normal direct from the trade window/vwap chart. it worked absolutely fine before and I have not changed any settings so not sure why this would just change. the simple drop down menu that allows you to switch from SIM/AMP account. I could only find " send order fill to SC web server " which was located in "general trade setting" I have changed that to yes but still getting same error code message. please direct me to correct setting location if this is not what your referring to. I tried to attach a screen shot to help you a bit more but it wouldn't allow Thanks |

Hi, so I have sorted it out now basically it wont allow to change to live account straight from trading window. I had literally change it from the trade option along top menu. its working now. appreciate your time and feedback. thanks we can close this thread if need be. |

What is the name of the item that is represented by the symbol F.US.FP? We are not familiar with FP as a symbol from CQG (it could be, but we do not have it in our symbol list).
