Hello, I am placing the order as normal direct from the trade window/vwap chart. it worked absolutely fine before and I have not changed any settings so not sure why this would just change. the simple drop down menu that allows you to switch from SIM/AMP account. I could only find " send order fill to SC web server " which was located in "general trade setting" I have changed that to yes but still getting same error code message. please direct me to correct setting location if this is not what your referring to. I tried to attach a screen shot to help you a bit more but it wouldn't allow Thanks |
