I renewed last week as I do every month and now it is saying Real Time Data hasn't been paid. Haven't changed any settings.

From what we can see of your setup, you would be getting data from CQG. As long as you are on version 2351 (or lower) of Sierra Chart, then you can still bring in the CQG data - any newer versions do not allow data from CQG. We would need to see the particular message you are receiving to fully understand what is occurring. Please either attach a screenshot or the section from your Message Log with the exact message you are seeing. Your CQG account does not have the required market data enabled. You really should update Sierra Chart to the current version and activate the required exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed This will cost you nothing extra at all. Rather than paying CQG for the exchange fee you pay it through Sierra Chart. You are so much better off rather than using CQG data. OK. Reviewed all of the Options including your "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement". Going to Edge Clear and move IRA Account to them and use Denali Exchange and Teton. Thanks!
