Your CQG account does not have the required market data enabled.

You really should update Sierra Chart to the current version and activate the required exchange here:

This will cost you nothing extra at all. Rather than paying CQG for the exchange fee you pay it through Sierra Chart.

You are so much better off rather than using CQG data.
