From what we can see of your setup, you would be getting data from CQG. As long as you are on version 2351 (or lower) of Sierra Chart, then you can still bring in the CQG data - any newer versions do not allow data from CQG. We would need to see the particular message you are receiving to fully understand what is occurring. Please either attach a screenshot or the section from your Message Log with the exact message you are seeing.
