Hello support, This morning just when London opened, my data was just frozen (when checking FDAX), for at least 2.5 minutes. I tried disconnecting and connecting again, I even updated my sierra version (I was running the prior patch). Could you please confirm to me that there was an issue with the data? Thank you |

Can you tell us the time and time zone that this occurred at. We have checked the server and see no missing data at all for the EUREX symbols in the Europe morning today. From 09:00 to 09:02:30, both FAX and ESTX 50. ES was fine Just some logjam in Eurex data. Internet connectivity was fine, as Interactive Brokers showed no delay. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-10-17 12:50:55

We checked the EUREX data feed this morning and there is no indication of any delay. So the problem has been resolved. The issue was that the data being transmitted to individual users, for about the past week had also been using one of the primary source EUREX feeds which was also relaying the entire EUREX exchange data to a backup server. When the market is busy, there started to be a data lag. The connection has been switched another EUREX feed which is just for sending data to users. We do have a clear indication of the delay on one of the real-time server processes. Not the other. So only some users were affected. Our conclusion as to what the original problem was may not have been correct or only may have been part of the issue. Yes we were monitoring closely this morning. By next week we will have another new high-performance server online. And also more Internet bandwidth. The additional server we are using right now is just a holdover until the high-performance server is online. Although it really should be more than adequate.
