Can't download historical data on Denali feed

Good morning, I just opened up Sierra Chart and somehow I get an error message when trying to download yesterdays historical data. I receive real-time data and use the Denali feed. The problem exists in every chartbook and with every possible symbol. Updating to the current version didn't solve the problem. I also checked the symbols, they appear to be correct. Screenshot is attached. |

Right-click on the chart before the missing data and select: Delete and Download Data. Or: Delete and Download Data-All Charts. (You may need to add this through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Shortcut Menu) You just need to do this once per symbol. Same story here. Everything was fine ~10 hours ago. Tested on 2 machines. Overall internet connection is available and stable (browsing, streaming, ...). Had to switch from service "Rithmic Direct" to "SC Data - All Services" today, because the related Rithmic account expired today. Symbols have been translated. There definitively is an Internet connectivity issue somewhere. There is no problem at all with the Sierra Chart servers for historical data. We have tested downloads multiple times now and also from Europe . No problem whatsoever. Maybe it is your ISP. Maybe it is an ISP somewhere else.
