This is the problem: HD Request # 12 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESU22-CME. Timeout error connecting to server.
There definitively is an Internet connectivity issue somewhere. There is no problem at all with the Sierra Chart servers for historical data. We have tested downloads multiple times now and also from Europe . No problem whatsoever. Maybe it is your ISP. Maybe it is an ISP somewhere else.
