CQG realtime data feed not working after switching to new device

Realtime data cannot be downloaded for ES and NQ after switching to new laptop but there was no issue with realtime data download for HSI.
Therefore, there should not be issue with the CQG login.

Thanks for your information.
If I want to use my new laptop and retire my old one (not using 2 computers), what should I need to do in order to instruct the CME data feed to provide real-time data to new laptop as it only feed data to old laptop now.

After doing further research, I finally found out the reason why the real-time data feed doesn't work on my new laptop.
That's because of the new version of Sierra Chart that I downloaded to my laptop is higher than 2394 and SC won't support the CME real-time data feed for CQG account.

I got this information from below thread:

My question is what can I do to fix this issue?
Is that I need to upgrade my Service Package from 11 to 12?
What else I need to do?
Do I need to contact CQG to stop using their data feed service?

You are using the correct Service Package. You just need to activate the exchanges that you need here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed

And you need to contact your broker and have them cancel the market data exchange fees that you pay through CQG. You will not need those for CME Group or EUREX.
