After doing further research, I finally found out the reason why the real-time data feed doesn't work on my new laptop.
That's because of the new version of Sierra Chart that I downloaded to my laptop is higher than 2394 and SC won't support the CME real-time data feed for CQG account.

My question is what can I do to fix this issue?
Is that I need to upgrade my Service Package from 11 to 12?
What else I need to do?
Do I need to contact CQG to stop using their data feed service?
