Sierra will not take my trades

I have tried to place two orders using the new rithmic connection. When I try to market order in the trades line will show up on my chart but sierra will not take them, And then I can't even cancel out the parent order. It gave me the attached errors. Please help

It's not that Sierra Chart is not "taking" the orders, it is that Rithmic is not responding properly with the information on what has occurred with the order since it was sent to them. There were issues earlier with connectivity to Rithmic, and our guess is that this is related. You really need to ask Rithmic about why you are getting that error. The problem is you are not using the correct symbols. The symbols we see in that Trade Service Log, are incorrect and are not Rithmic formatted symbols at all. However, those orders should be rejected immediately by the Rithmic system.
