It's not that Sierra Chart is not "taking" the orders, it is that Rithmic is not responding properly with the information on what has occurred with the order since it was sent to them.

There were issues earlier with connectivity to Rithmic, and our guess is that this is related. You really need to ask Rithmic about why you are getting that error.
