hello support team, I have problem with connect to data feed CQG with Sierrachart. It didnt work. ITs surprise for me, because it wasn't problem last month I have non-pro paying status for CME Bundle - ALL CME Markets. I love your your RECTANGLE and horizontal ray tools, others I dont care, but I need data feed work as usual. If platform dont will be work, I want money back. Thank you for your assistance. edit: I have Service Package 10, but NO DATA FEEED !!!!! why ?? Its impossible contact, in 21 century, no live chat, no support. We have resolved your first issue, which is that you are on Package 3 and you now need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to have access to external connections, such as CQG. To do this, we have given you 60 days of free evaluation of Package 12. Just be sure you change your package to Package 10 before the end of the 60 days. Refer to the information at the following link: Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs But, there is another change we made where with version 2394, you can not bring in data from CQG for the CME Group or EUREX. You will have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for this data going forward. You can either setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, or you can downgrade to version 2393 for the time being to continue to get data from CQG. Hello, I have problem with data feed. You are on Package 3 again. In order to be able to get real-time data and to connect to your trading account, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package, select the following link and then select the package you want in the menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button.
