We have resolved your first issue, which is that you are on Package 3 and you now need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to have access to external connections, such as CQG. To do this, we have given you 60 days of free evaluation of Package 12. Just be sure you change your package to Package 10 before the end of the 60 days. Refer to the information at the following link: Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs But, there is another change we made where with version 2394, you can not bring in data from CQG for the CME Group or EUREX. You will have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for this data going forward. You can either setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, or you can downgrade to version 2393 for the time being to continue to get data from CQG.
