You are on Package 3 again. In order to be able to get real-time data and to connect to your trading account, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package, select the following link and then select the package you want in the menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button.
