Hello, for the past hour I've been trying to figure out why an service exchange packet that expires in a week (04-10-2022) has actually ended today and canceled. The charts aren't updating real-time. If today is in fact the expiration date then that's fine, I funded the account to cover this, however because there seems to be a discrepancy the Account area to do such "renewal" does not exist therefore I cannot actually "renew" the service exchange packet.

TL:DR - I funded my account to cover the real-time exchange feed today but cannot actually "renew" it from my account. Please do so with the available funds on your end if possible to get my charts updating again. Thanks!

We can activate the U.S. Equities data for you on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. It did not automatically renew on the first of the month as you did not have enough funds in your account to pay for it on that day.

But, we just want to make sure that you want to continue to use the U.S. Equities on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead of the new NASDAQ TotalView data that is part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The NASDAQ TotalView has the Level 2 market depth data, although it does not have the same volumes, as we are working on getting the consolidated tape information for that data.

Okay I understand now what happened so thanks! I would have avoided opening a ticket had I seen the usual renewal link after funding, so I believe that may be missing still.

Anyways I just tried to do this on my own, changing to Service pack 10 with the Denali Exchange, signing the agreements, and activating the NASDAQ, so this is what I'm currently on now, however now that you bring up the issue with the difference in the volumes between the 2 options I would like to keep the PREVIOUS series of activated: Service pack #3, Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, with the 250 symbols, With NYSE+ NASDAQ real-time volume (I don't use Sierra Chart for the DOM, just the Volume Profile and Volumes). If you could please make these changes or guide how to I would really appreciate it guys, thank you so much.

We can activate the US Equities exchange on your account but you do need to add some additional credit to your account.
