Okay I understand now what happened so thanks! I would have avoided opening a ticket had I seen the usual renewal link after funding, so I believe that may be missing still. Anyways I just tried to do this on my own, changing to Service pack 10 with the Denali Exchange, signing the agreements, and activating the NASDAQ, so this is what I'm currently on now, however now that you bring up the issue with the difference in the volumes between the 2 options I would like to keep the PREVIOUS series of activated: Service pack #3, Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, with the 250 symbols, With NYSE+ NASDAQ real-time volume (I don't use Sierra Chart for the DOM, just the Volume Profile and Volumes). If you could please make these changes or guide how to I would really appreciate it guys, thank you so much. |
