Hello, for the past hour I've been trying to figure out why an service exchange packet that expires in a week (04-10-2022) has actually ended today and canceled. The charts aren't updating real-time. If today is in fact the expiration date then that's fine, I funded the account to cover this, however because there seems to be a discrepancy the Account area to do such "renewal" does not exist therefore I cannot actually "renew" the service exchange packet. TL:DR - I funded my account to cover the real-time exchange feed today but cannot actually "renew" it from my account. Please do so with the available funds on your end if possible to get my charts updating again. Thanks! |
