I lost all my charts and chartbooks 2 weeks ago. It took a week to get them running again, and I had to set the chartbooks up again. It worked all last week. Now they have all vanished again. The "Global Settings>Data/Trade Service>Current Selected Service" route I used last time to fix it, won't work this time. I used the Transact setting, under "Current Selected Service" last time which recovered all my charts except the YM which I couldn't find.

Can you please advise how to fix, I may need a remote connection.

Why did this happen?:
I lost all my charts and chartbooks 2 weeks ago.

There are backups:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

You should have not had this issue unless your entire storage drive, failed on your computer.


Make sure the symbols are set correctly in the charts by translating them with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
