I lost all my charts and chartbooks 2 weeks ago. It took a week to get them running again, and I had to set the chartbooks up again. It worked all last week. Now they have all vanished again. The "Global Settings>Data/Trade Service>Current Selected Service" route I used last time to fix it, won't work this time. I used the Transact setting, under "Current Selected Service" last time which recovered all my charts except the YM which I couldn't find.

Can you please advise how to fix, I may need a remote connection.
