Struggling to figure out how to upgrade my Sierra Chart with Denali data feed and Teton Sierra Chart. My account is funded through Advantage Level 5 Trading. I'm lost in the process. Please help so I can get my account up and going. Please respond ASAP. Thanks! |

First, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions At Step #5 it takes you to the Denali Exchange Data Feed page to setup the Denali Feed. The specific link on that page you need is this following for The CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Follow those instructions, which will also guide you through changing your Package to the necessary one. I have 4 questions... The advice is to go to step #5 to the Denali Exchange Data, but is that the exchange I need to use to trade the Dow Jones mini and micro futures? I need to change the credit card my monthly payment comes from. Where do I go to do that? Is the $26/mo fee going to be an automatic payment from my credit card? Can I pay one month now and then if it goes well, upgrade to the 6-month pre-paid 20% discount next month? Please answer ASAP as I'd really like to get this all going before tomorrow. Thank you! |

Yes - the Denali Exchange Data Feed is the correct feed for the CME Group data. Specifically, you will want to follow the instructions at the following link for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* I need to change the credit card my monthly payment comes from. Where do I go to do that?
You would change your Credit Card on our Payments page at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Go to the bottom of the page and in the section for Automatic Payments with Stripe select the button for Manage Automatic Payments and then follow through the instructions from there to update your Credit Card. Is the $26/mo fee going to be an automatic payment from my credit card?
Yes - since you are setup for Automatic Payments. Can I pay one month now and then if it goes well, upgrade to the 6-month pre-paid 20% discount next month?
Yes - you can pay for Sierra Chart in either 1, 3, or 6 month intervals. Right now, you are setup for 1 month payments. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I still have not succeeded at having my charts showing real time data feed. Still 10 minutes delay. I paid the $20 difference between my old pkg 3 and new pkg 11 yesterday and updated my automatic payment on a new visa with stripe. Don't know where I am in the process. I funded Advantage level 5 last week but also don't know what to do next. Really need help, thank you. |

To clarify what's happening... We have followed the instructions you've sent a number of times, and somehow there must be something missing because we don't have the Denali feed right now and our Sierra Chart has a 10-minute delay still, which can't be used to trade. This is extremely frustrating, and we've been trying to get this up and running now for more than a week. Can we please get more directed assistance as soon as possible? The instructions are not helping us figure this out. A call from you and remote assistance may be necessary. I'm afraid to push the wrong button and all my Sierra Chart studies will be gone. And some of the instructions indicate places we need to go and change things, but it's not an editable option for us to make those changes. I think we've updated our plan, we've updated the software, etc. We really need more assisted help from you. We had money ready to transfer and were planning to start trading last week, but we are getting to the point of just cancelling it all. As an FYI, it does say in the instructions for the Denali feed step #5 that you keep directing us to "If you need help with this step, start an Account Support Ticket and we will get this set up for you". We need you to help us set this up. Please contact me at 619-847-3375. We would very much appreciate your help. Thank you! |

The one thing you still need to do is to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the CME Group data. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Or, if you tell us what exchanges you need, we can activate them for you. For instance, do you need the Full CME Group or just one or two exchanges within it? Do you need Market Depth data? If so, do you need it for all the exchanges you activate or just for some? I am not sure which exchange I need. I have been trading exclusively the Dow mini and Dow micro until now. What are the fees for that? I paid an extra $20 Friday for Sierra package upgrade but still see a $66 balance due. Could you tell me why is that and what I have to pay for you to finish setting this all up. Thank you |

Here are the questions we need answered: - What are the symbols for which you will need real-time data? Or, if the list is too long, then do you just need data for the entire CME Group? - Do you require Market Depth data? If so, do you need it for all symbols, or just for a small number of them, if so which ones? -- The $66.00 is not a Balance Due. It is the amount of funds that you currently have available in your account and is called the Services Surplus. Whenever a new fee comes due, the payment is deducted from your Services Surplus in exchange for the particular fee (such as a monthly renewal of Sierra Chart). You should be getting the data for the CME exchange. We would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
