Hello,
I am having a problem getting my data to connect not sure what is going on but need some clarification as to what the issue is. It is saying I am not enabled to use sierra chart data but I do currently have a balance available.

For now:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

I'm still not understanding why CQG would not connect to the chart is their something on my end I am not doing?

I reached out to tradeovate as it appears to be their issue. One question about SC all data, is it delayed at all?

Since you are not setup to get real-time data from us, when you change to "SC Data - All Services", the data from the CME Group and EUREX will be the delayed streaming data, so it will be 10-15 minutes behind the market. Refer to the information here:
