FCE Rollover on April one day before

Hello, FCE rollover is normally the 3d Friday of every month. But this month the 3d friday (2014/04/18) will be a public holiday so exceptionally rollover will be 1 day before, on Thursday. In chart, with Continuous contract I use the Rollover Rule : "Number of calendar days before count within contract month" ; Number of Calendar Days = 0; Friday Count Within Contract Month = 3 I would like to know how Sierra Chart will manage rollover this month. Thanks

Hello, About FCE continuous rollover April/May contract again. As Friday 18 and Monday 21 on April were national holidays for FCE, the rollover on SC made between Thursday 17 and Tuesday 22 on April. And data before May contract were not adjusted by SC. Normally, if the data had been adjusted, on 4/17 at 16 o'clock the FCE should be at 4423-61 = 4362 and the gap between 4/17 and 4/22 shlould be a gap up and not a gap down. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1398321945542.png

If it is not working, we need to see what the Message Log says after selecting Chart >> Reload and Recalculate for the chart. Provide us those lines added to the Message Log. No, back adjustment doesn't work with option "Number of Calendar Days before friday count within....." but it works with option "Number of calendar Days before Wednesday count within....". This is not making sense. We are not noticing a problem ourselves with the FCE Continuous Futures Contract. Select File >> Open Historical Chart. Open MXJ14.dly . Select Chart >> Chart Settings. What is the Date Range that you see? If you do not see the complete date range for that contract, then select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download If you still do not get all of the data, then provide the lines in the Message Log for that download.
