If the rollover date is not correct, then you just need to choose a volume-based rollover: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#RolloverOptions However, no matter what the rollover date is, if you have chosen one of the back adjusted Continuous Futures Contract options, then the back adjustment should work. If it is not working, we need to see what the Message Log says after selecting Chart >> Reload and Recalculate for the chart. Provide us those lines added to the Message Log.
