Unable to connect to Data or Trading Service in the Evening

For the last few weeks I have been trying to access data once the new trading day starts at 3:00 PM Pacific. Some days I am able to get data and today is the fourth time the last few weeks I am not able to get live data. There is never a problem getting data in the morning (4-5AM Pacific) this only happens in the evening hours. I have submitted the SEND FOR ANALYSIS message every time. Then I am redirected to the Sierra chart help page that refers me to problem 57 or 62. Following those directions does not resolve the issue. In today's volatile markets not being able to access data is unacceptable. I desperately need your assistance in getting this problem resolved permanently. Yes we been hearing about this lately. We have no control over this Transact issue. And we are requesting Transact users to quickly move away from Transact and onto our Teton order routing service. Take the time and read our message to users. We will be phasing Transact out soon. There are range of brokers to choose from. Once again please do not stay with Transact or ninja trader and move to a broker supporting our Teton order routing service and the Denali data feed and your problems will be immediately solved. As far as I understand, the Transact connection is in the process of no longer being supported by Sierra Chart. Stage 5 takes great pride in helping Transact/Infinity traders transition as seamlessly as possible. I believe the best solution would be to switch to Sierra Teton Order Routing with Denali for real time and historical data. This is all maintained by Sierra directly, which I feel provides great benefits to traders as Sierra can focus on enhancements instead of maintenance of other third party order routing feeds.
