For the last few weeks I have been trying to access data once the new trading day starts at 3:00 PM Pacific. Some days I am able to get data and today is the fourth time the last few weeks I am not able to get live data. There is never a problem getting data in the morning (4-5AM Pacific) this only happens in the evening hours. I have submitted the SEND FOR ANALYSIS message every time. Then I am redirected to the Sierra chart help page that refers me to problem 57 or 62. Following those directions does not resolve the issue. In today's volatile markets not being able to access data is unacceptable. I desperately need your assistance in getting this problem resolved permanently.
