Dear Sir/Madam
The FOREX SESSION time on the Forex Charts has changed.
On the Chart Settings the Session Time is
Start Time: 17:00:00
End Time : 16:59:59
but the Chart closes at 16:00:00 and Starts at 08:45:00 am.
I am not able to access the 24 hour chart.
I also downloaded the latest version, but still it would'nt work.
I kindly request you to look into this issue as soon as possible.
I'll greatly appreciate your help.
thanks
robin.

What is the symbol of your chart.

Also, it would be helpful if you can get us an image of what you are seeing by following these instructions:

Dear Sir/Madam
I greatly appreciate your quick responses for all issues I have been facing.
The Forex chart is back to normal now.
I did'nt make any changes.

Earlier, I had Service package 3 quarterly and I'm paying $35.50 Exchange Data feed separately.
I had no issues whatsoever
Since, I updated to Service Package 10, Denali Data Feed ( paid Quarterly till April 2022). I have been having issues with the Live US Stock Data Feed, and Forex Data although, It's normal now.

My question is since, I am not Trading Futures or Live trading on Sierra, and if I revert
back to Service Package 3 and Update set it, DO I HAVE TO MAKE NEW PAYMENT.?
I'll greatly appreciate your quick response as usual.
thanks.

No you do not. Instructions are below.

And you will want to cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, at the end of this month January because we will have the new NASDAQ data feed available which also provides data for NYSE and AMEX stocks. This data feed is a replacement data feed.

----

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

First - you will want to change from using the U.S. Equities data in the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to the new NASDAQ TotalView that is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions at the following link for the NASDAQ feed to get it running:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

Second, you will want to deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. To do this, just deactivate the Real-Time Data Connection at this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#DataConnections

Then, if you want to get the data onto two different computers at the same time, then you will need to pay the exchange fee twice. Refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

--

Note that since the exchanges run on a monthly basis, you will want to deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the end of your trading day on the last day of the month and then start the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the beginning of your trading day on the first day of the next month.

Dear Sir/Madam
NO LIVE US STOCKS DATA FEED AVAILABLE.

As per your instructions in the last message, I deactivated the Sierra Exchange Feed and Real time connections for the Real time Nasdaq Live Feed.

The DENALI DATA feed is active and will expire on 2022-04-23.
I also paid the Exchange Fees of $36 for the Month of March 2022 a couple of days back.

I have no Live Data Feed today for the US Stocks today.
I request you to kindly guide me ASAP.
I'll greatly appreciate your help.
thanks.

There are three things you need to do.

First, you need to complete the NASDAQ agreements here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_NASDAQ

Activate the NASDAQ exchange here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ

And then add the suffix -NQTV to the stock symbols for your charts and quote boards.

Dear Sir/Madam
NO LIVE DATA STILL
I greatly appreciate your excellent support and super quick response.
Followed all your instructions.
Completed the Agreements. Activated the Nasdaq exchange.
Paid additional $10.
Restarted Sierra.
I had already paid $36 couple of days back.
Do I need to make more payment to get the Live Data Feed.
I also added NQTV to the Stock symbol but it gives error message.
Can you please CHECK and help me with the LIVE FEED. ASAP
thanks.

Your setup all looks good, so you should be getting the real-time data for U.S. Stocks from our NASDAQ TotalView data feed. Please give us a copy of your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

None of your symbols have the -NQTV on them. You need to manually change each of the symbols in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol and add the -NQTV to them.

For example, for the chart of TSLA, select Chart >> Chart Settings and in the Symbol field change TSLA to TSLA-NQTV.

You will need to do this for all your stock charts

Dear Mr.John
The Live Stock Data Feed is working now.
I really appreciate your excellent analysis and great customer support.

I have one question.
If I have 4 different time frames for one Chart Symbol, do I have to add NQTV to
each time frame individually?
Is there any way that I can do it for one higher time frame for e.g, if apply it to
a 60 min chart, and then when I open a 30 mins or 5 mins chart the NQTV will automatically
apply to the shorter time frames.?

If these are different charts that are already open, then you can either update the symbol for each one, or if the symbol is always going to be constant between them, then you can use the Linking options to link the symbol between them, such that if the symbol changes in one chart, it will change in the other charts. Refer to the information on Linking here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#LinkNumber

If these are not already open charts, then the easiest thing to do is to setup the one the way you want and then use that as a Template and duplicate that chart and then change the time frame. This way the symbol will already be set. Refer to the information here:
Using Chart Templates: Duplicating Charts / Template Charts
