Dear Sir/Madam I greatly appreciate your quick responses for all issues I have been facing. The Forex chart is back to normal now. I did'nt make any changes. Earlier, I had Service package 3 quarterly and I'm paying $35.50 Exchange Data feed separately. I had no issues whatsoever Since, I updated to Service Package 10, Denali Data Feed ( paid Quarterly till April 2022). I have been having issues with the Live US Stock Data Feed, and Forex Data although, It's normal now. My question is since, I am not Trading Futures or Live trading on Sierra, and if I revert back to Service Package 3 and Update set it, DO I HAVE TO MAKE NEW PAYMENT.? I'll greatly appreciate your quick response as usual. thanks. |
